Backstage
Without Scenery, Props, Costumes and a Backstage Team a show doesn't get off the ground. Crompton Stage Society are always looking for assistance in the above areas. If you are interested, please contact our membership secretary who will point you in the right direction, or alternatively fill in the enquiry form on this web site.
Scenery & Props
Monday & Wednesday evenings are generally our work nights, where members spend their time making & painting scenery & props for our forthcoming productions. You really don't need to be an expert and help is always at hand. If you would like to try your hand at some scenery painting, carpentry or creating props give us a ring, or just turn up any Monday or Wednesday evening in some old clothes
Backstage
The performers of all our productions depend on a very reliable backstage team who, under the direction of the Stage Manager, control the scene changes, lighting, sound, props, continuity and special effects.
